Please check in at the front lobby of Westgate Resorts. They will have your Reservation under your name and room number at check-in. Call or email if you have any questions or if you need additional information or assistance:

DIRECTIONS TO YOUR VACATION RENTAL
From SLC Airport follow the signs to I-80 east toward Cheyenne. Continue on I-80 east to Kimball Junction (exit 145) and turn right onto Highway 224. In about 2-miles, turn right on Canyons Resort Drive and follow to Westgate (on right at top of hill).
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES
CHECK-IN is after 4:00 p.m. and if you arrive early for Check-In--without pre-approval--you may check into a room that has not been cleaned. The room you will be staying in is a privately owned condominium. If you arrive early, please call us directly at 801-865-3176 for check-in/out changes or room status.
Please pull up to the Westgate Resort Porte Cochere and you will be given instructions for check-in.
With your name and ID, you can check in at the Westgate Lodge front desk, like you would at any resort hotel. The front desk will put a $200 hold on your credit card in case you want to use the on-site restaurants and SPA and charge to your room. You always have the right to pay for these charges at the time of purchase. The front desk, bell captain, or concierge can direct you to the valet parking, parking garage, and/or to your room.
CHECK-OUT is prior to 10:00 a.m. We get many requests for a late check out but it becomes harder to accommodate if there are new guests checking in. We will try to accommodate late checkouts up to 12:00 pm but can’t guarantee this until the night before your check-out date. If you did not make any room charges, you do not need to go to the lobby to check out; just leave the keys in the room, and take trash to trash cans by the elevator.
HOUSEKEEPING
The departure cleaning has been included per the terms of your Agreement. Daily Housekeeping is not included during your stay. It can be arranged as an optional service if you contact us at 435-500-5214. There are extra garbage bags in the room under the Kitchen/Bathroom sink and there are garbage cans across from the Elevators on each floor for you to put your trash.

SKIER SERVICES
Skier Services 8AM – 6PM. Located in the Elk Lodge 6th floor. Ext 43061
Guest locker rooms are available on the 4th floor. Ext 43108
Skis must be registered before requesting delivery.
If you have multiple snowboards or skis, kindly specify which pairs of skis or snowboards to send to the Red Pine Gondola, or other locations in the additional comments.
SHIPPING
The only companies that deliver directly to the Westgate building are FedEx and UPS.
If you plan on shipping anything please include your name which is on the reservation, room number and check in date add address as follows:

PARKING
Westgate has free Valet and Self-Parking with your reservation. The clearance for the parking garage is 7' 6". Please make sure your vehicle fits. You are allowed to park 1 car per bedroom you have rented. A two bedroom rental can park 2 cars. If you need to park more vehicles, you must find outside parking and carpool to the resort. Parking is very sparse and controlled around the resort. Use Room Key you received upon check-in to open gates. Feel free to call if you get lost on your way to your room 801-865-3176.
It is highly recommended that you valet park as this is a complimentary service and is the closest parking to your room.
PLEASE NOTE if you plan to Self-Park, you will be in Bear/Elk parking garage, PARK ON THE 4th FLOOR IF THERE IS A SPOT!!!!! Park as close to 4th floor spaces 380 to 393 as you can. These will be the closest parking spots to the elevators that will take you to your room.

From 4th level parking
1. Enter Elk Building
2. Take a left down hallway in to Moose/Bison Buildings. Walk past the Adult/Relaxation pool.
3. Walk up the short staircase to elevator/There is also a ramp if you have a cart.
4. Take elevator to appropriate floor. The SECOND digit of your room # is the floor you are on.

MAINTENANCE, SUPPLIES, AND OTHER SERVICE REQUESTS
Please call us at 435-500-5214 if you need anything during your stay- such as maintenance, supplies, cribs, highchairs, linens, bedding etc. Most items can be delivered by White Pines without additional charge up to 9 pm. Order cribs and highchairs 24 hours prior to your stay! Just call or Text us with your request or questions and be sure to include your room number and check-in date. Please report any room maintenance/appliance defects, or damage to the room, at your earliest convenience that may interfere with your stay. When you arrive in your condo/home, there will be a welcome book to give you additional information on the unit, amenities, things to do, maps etc. In case of a fire or medical emergency, please call 911.
AIRPORT TRANSPORATION
SHUTTLE TRANSPORATION OPTIONS FROM AIRPORT TO YOUR CONDO OR HOME
Booking a shuttle is the most reliable way to get to and from the airport and starts from $60 per adult and $36 per child. Uber and Lyft are also great options, especially if there is more than one of you.

WESTGATE SHUTTLE
The shuttle can pickup and drop you off around various places in Park City but it does not go to the airport.

CANYONS VILLAGE SHUTTLE
The Canyons Connect: App based shuttle service is free and operates within the Canyons Village. You can request a pickup and drop off from designated locations in the Village. The Canyons Connect will pick up owners at the bus stop at the North end of the Resort and drop riders at any one of the Resorts including Westgate or the Transportation Center at the base of the mountain by the 7-11 store. Search and download “Canyons Village Connect” in your App Store or Google Play.

PARK CITY TOWN BUS
The Park City Town Electric Bus is free and runs every 10 minutes from the 7-11 at the Canyons village base directly to the Transportation Center located behind Main Street in the center of town. It runs every 10 minutes into town.

Deer Valley Season, Ikon Pass and Ikon Base Passes, or advance purchase lift tickets are the only way to access the mountain this winter season. Reservations may be required and the mountain can sell out. For those using daily lift tickets, please purchase online well in advance of your visit to guarantee the best rate.
